The typical date of planning the year and setting goals is approaching and, although we already know that most of those goals in the end we do not meet, we continue to do it over and over again.
Because it's exciting to sit down, plan and feel like you're in control of what you do.
Only this time we're going to make it really useful.
Grab a pen and paper and let's get started.
Imagine that a year has already passed and you are now at the end of 2020 thinking about what you have achieved.
What would make you say at the end of 2020: this year has been amazing, it has exceeded my expectations, I have achieved...?
What have you got? Think and aim:
1.
two.
3.
You can do this on a business, personal or professional level.
What would make 2020 a great year for you? On a personal, professional or business level,
.
.
.
And we go to the second step, very important.
Do not forget that enjoying life is actually the most important thing.
That there is no point in achieving your goals if you have done things that you did not like at all and you have ended up burned (as has happened to all of us at some point or another).
So think now…
What are you not willing to sacrifice to get what would make you so happy?
......
aim.
What do you want more of in your life?
More getaways, more massages, more dates with friends, more time to write, more clients, more income, more freedom...
Now let's go to the practical part, which is to program all that will make 2020 a great year for you.
1. Analyze what has worked and what has not worked this year.
2. Plan effectively.
It works very, very well to set daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
3. Review each month, quarter and year.
This helps a lot to stay focused, to always be aware of what works or not and to adjust expectations according to the results or other circumstances that may arise.
You have to be flexible no matter how much plan you have made.
Keep this in mind because in life there are always unforeseen events.
In the end, the important thing is to enjoy the process and that at the end of the year you feel happy because you have made progress (although it is not always what you want, other times it will be much more than you thought).
